Larry Kronick
Co-Founder, President
Larry Kronick has over 35-years of operational experience in cardiovascular, interventional radiology, electrophysiology, general surgery, and imaging sales, marketing, and business development. He is the founder of BAC Inc., a consulting company with teams in Miami, Sao Paulo, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Beijing, that assists medical device and equipment companies expand and develop global sales distribution. He has successfully developed global markets for Control Medical, Distal Access, CIRCA Scientific, CryoCath, CathEffects, Neurologica, and Visionsense. Larry is conversant in Mandarin.
Shawn Fojtik

Shawn Fojtik has 100+ combined issued and pending patents and is co-founder of Distal Access, Control Medical, CIRCA Scientific, and others with experience at GE, Boston Scientific, Black & Decker, and Summit Partners/Volcano Capital. His experience includes devices for cardiology, interventional radiology & oncology, electrophysiology, and other procedures. Shawn an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Utah with a BS from the University of Illinois and a MA from Harvard University.
Tim Neiman
Engineering
Mr. Neiman is an entrepreneur and engineering professional with a broad background spanning R&D, manufacturing, quality and regulatory, and business development. His experience in all aspects of leading research and development efforts including design, scale-up, and
commercialization activities of class I, II and III medical devices, led to his founding of ZIEN Medical Technologies in Salt Lake City. He holds 7 combined issued and pending patents.
